PROCESSING FEE (USD):
Standard package processing fee: $0.5 cents per package charged on orders UNDER $50.00 USD and $1.00 is charged on orders OVER $50.00.
OTHER FEES:
- TV and other electronics requiring over-packing: $40.00 per packing. (this fee may be waived, however, we will not be liable for any damages that may result due to under packing)
- Oversize packing fee for packages weighing more than 55lbs or having dimensions exceeding 60inches: $10.00 per packing.
CUSTOMS DUTY:
Packages deemed by Jamaica Customs as intended for personal use, valued more than $50.00 (C.I.F.) may be subjected to Customs Duty Charges. Please note, that it is the Importer’s responsibility to familiarize his or herself with the most recent Customs Regulations as it relates to the policies, procedures, import requirements, duties and taxes that may be applicable to importing packages into Jamaica.
CREDIT CARD FEES (USD)
Our company credit card can be used to conduct online transactions on behalf of our customers. There is a service charge of $5.00 for an order below $100 and a charge of $10.00 for an order above $100.

No Credit Card? No problem, you can use ours. Purchase whatever you need online using our credit card. We will receive your package at our warehouse overseas, ship it to Jamaica, do all Customs processes, then you pick up package from our local warehouse.
MAIL FORWARDING
Using your US mailing address you can shop online, and we will forward your parcels to you in Jamaica.
TRACKING
Once we receive your package in our overseas warehouse, you can begin to track the progress of your shipment. Using our platform, you can know when your package arrives and departs from our overseas location as well as when it arrives in Jamaica and is available for pickup.

Importers are sometimes unaware of the various permit requirements as it relates to the importation of goods. As a result, they are found to be in contravention of the Customs Act. Ignorance is no excuse under the law. To ensure our clients always remain compliant the list of restricted items is made available below for awareness & convenience. Also, the list of items for which import permits are required. Please note this list is subject to change as items are added or removed as the Government dictates.
